Mr. Chiba is director of Researh Institute at Asia Air Survey Co., Ltd.,and part-time Lecturer of Nihon Univ.His specialized field is volcanology and geology,main task is the making volcanic hazard maps.He have invented the technique called "Red Relief Image Map" in 2002. After that, get a patent in Japan, USA and China.This new thqunique "RRIM" is good for geological survey and descriptive hazard map. He was borne in 1956 in Ishinomaki city,Myagi pref. that was devastated by the tsunami of 3-11.
